3. User Interaction

• Users cannot create accounts or profiles on our Website.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content created by Snap Graphics remains our property until full payment has been received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client, subject to any third-party rights or licenses.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on the date specified in the invoice provided to the client.
• Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• If payment is not received within one week of the due date, we reserve the right to cease work until payment is made.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
• Cancellation after one month from the commencement of the contract will result in a fee of 50% of the remaining project cost.

6. Recurring Payments and Subscriptions

• Some services may involve contracts of 3, 6, or 12 months or longer.
• Each contract will have specific terms of service, which will be provided to the client for agreement.
• Recurring payments will be outlined in the contract and are subject to the same payment terms as above.

14. Additional Protections

15. Content Access and Storage

• Clients will have access to download all created materials from our provided OneDrive or Google Drive during the term of service.
• Content is available at no extra cost during the term of service and for one month after the conclusion of work.
• After one month, content may be removed unless the client opts to pay a £20 monthly fee for continued hosting.
• If content is removed and later requested, a £75 setup fee will apply.

16. Age Restrictions

• Our Services are intended for users of all ages.
• We do not have measures in place to verify user age, and we rely on users to provide accurate information.
